3. No Professional Engagement Created by Website Use

Viewing the Website, submitting an enquiry, sending an email or communicating through WhatsApp does not automatically create a professional-client relationship. A professional relationship commences only when we formally accept an engagement and applicable terms have been agreed. We may require identification, verification, supporting documents, conflict checks, regulatory checks, FICA information, signed engagement documents, payment or other requirements where applicable.

Clients remain responsible for statutory obligations. We may assist with deadlines where included in the agreed service. Clients must provide required information sufficiently in advance. We cannot guarantee completion by a statutory deadline where information is late, incomplete or otherwise unsuitable.

11. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Website operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Website may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, hosting or telecommunications issues, security incidents, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
